1Use a two-piece shaker.
2Pour Wyborowa, lemon juice and plum honey with bitters into a shaker.
3Add ice cubes and shake very well.
4Pour the cocktail into a chilled highball glass and top it off with a cold tonic.
5Decorate with plum and lemon.
