1Use a two-piece shaker.

2Add all ingredients to the larger part of the shaker.

3Put in a generous amount of ice and shake quickly for about 15-20 seconds.

4Strain the mixture twice into a chilled cocktail glass and make sure foam appears on the surface of the cocktail.

5Garnish with 3 coffee beans and a small piece of cinnamon.
